Danny Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce from the That ’70s Show actor shortly after he was sentenced to 30 years in prison for rape.
The two have been together for almost 12 years and have a daughter, Fionna, 9 years old.
According to People magazine, Bijou claims in the lawsuit that the couple have “irreconcilable differences,” is seeking child support, and is asking that they be given custody of their daughter and that their assets be divided by the court as separate property.
