Minnesota Wild general manager and president of hockey operations Bill Guerin was the subject of an internal investigation after a club employee filed a complaint with human resources about alleged verbal abuse in the workplace.
At least that's what journalist Michael Russo from The Athletic revealed on Thursday.

Two independent lawyers led the investigation and reportedly heard testimony from 15 team members. Based on the discoveries made during the investigation, Wild employees did not believe Guerin had made a mistake that could lead to his firing.
According to The Athletic's sources, the employee who filed the complaint is Andrew Heydt, who works as director of team operations and player relations. The alleged events occurred in late November.
Guerin declined to comment on the matter. The organization said it had “completed two separate investigations into alleged violations of this code of conduct and has taken appropriate steps to respond to the questions brought to our attention.”
This news comes a few days after the announcement of the departure of Chris O'Hearn, the Wild's former assistant GM. The two parties had agreed to part ways following a “mutual agreement” at the end of an investigation other than that relating to Guerin.
