Charlie Sheen has launched urgent proceedings to regain sole custody of his two sons.

According to Fox News Digital, the “My Uncle Charlie” star requested a new custody agreement in an emergency document filed on Thursday (January 18, 2024).

He and Brooke Mueller divorced in 2011 and currently have joint custody of their 14-year-old sons, Max and Bob. But the children's mother seems to be falling back into her addiction.

Court documents say Brooke Mueller, who relapsed after getting sober in June or July 2023, must test herself as often as her probation officer requests, within 24 hours of a written request from Charlie Sheen or his Lawyer or at least once a week regardless.

The comedian may request that she submit to drug and alcohol testing until her “children reach the age of majority or graduate from high school,” the date states.

Charlie Sheen struggled with drug addiction himself and never hid it, but he has been sober for six years.

He recently told people he was a “single dad” and congratulated himself on his success: “I mostly raised my 14-year-old boys,” he said. Her mother has been trying to solve some problems herself, so she isn't around much at the moment.”

And Charlie Sheen is very proud of his sons! “They are very cool, very intelligent and very funny,” he enthused. Like dad?
