Will Smith responded to the bombshell revelations in his exwife’s new memoir, Jada Pinkett Smithwith the title “Worthy”. On Saturday, the The New York Times published an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith and included a statement Smith emailed them.

In the book, Jada says she has been separated from Will for seven years. Smith comments on this:
“We are trying to understand. We work together really deeply. We have deep love for each other and will find out what that means for us.”
Jada said she believes her marriage was in trouble because she and Will eventually became “exhausted from trying.”
