Will Smith lovingly posed with his wife Jada Pinkett Smith as they celebrated Thanksgiving with their family.
On Friday, the 55-year-old actor shared a slideshow of black and white photos after celebrating the holiday with the 52-year-old actress, her children and their mothers Caroline Bright and Adrienne Banfield-Norris.
In one picture, Smith was seen kissing Pinkett Smith on the forehead as she smiled and closed her eyes as the two wrapped their arms around each other’s waist.

“Best Thanksgiving ever! (That’s Mom-Mom with her 9 grandchildren!!),” the “King Richard” star wrote in the caption, tagging photographer Alan Silfen.

The couple’s son Jaden, 25, and daughter Willow, 23, were seen at the Thanksgiving photo shoot, as was Smith’s son Trey, 31, whom he shares with ex-wife Sheree Zampino.

Zampino, who was married to Smith from 1992 to 1995, also attended the celebrations. She and Pinkett Smith beamed as they posed in a snapshot with Smith and their children. In another photo, Zampino and Smith posed with their arms around Trey.
Smith and Pinkett Smith’s cozy holiday celebration comes after the former “Red Table Talk” host revealed they have been separated for seven years.

“We live separately,” Pinkett Smith admitted in an interview with Hoda Kotb on the “Today” show while promoting her book “Worthy” last month.
“I promised that there would never be any reason for us to divorce. We will get through everything. And I just couldn’t break that promise,” she said.
Pinkett Smith shared that the couple, who married in 1997, separated in 2016. The “Matrix Revolutions” actress said she and Smith are “just exhausted from trying” to stay together. “I think we’ve both been kind of silent and stuck in our fantasy of what we think the other person should be.”

The Maryland native suggested that “the unwillingness” to discuss the split publicly, as well as “still trying to figure out how to partner up between the two of us,” were reasons to keep the secret. They even kept it secret during a period of intense scrutiny when the actress was accused of cheating on Smith with August Alsina, a family friend. In 2021, Pinkett Smith reluctantly confirmed her relationship with Alsina in a conversation with Smith on “Red Table Talk.”

“I had a completely different ‘entanglement’ with August,” the actress revealed, but also admitted that she and Smith were living separately at the time. She further clarified, “It was absolutely a relationship.”

The couple’s relationship is complicated and Pinkett Smith said they are “still working to figure it out.”
“We did really hard work together. We’ve just developed a deep love for each other and we’re going to figure out what that looks like for us,” she said.

After news of their split broke, Smith made light of the media frenzy with a humorous post he shared on Instagram.
The Fresh Prince of Bel Air alum posted a clip of himself on a ship, lying bundled up and seemingly relaxed below deck, arms crossed and eyes closed.
“A fun fact about me,” a voice can be heard saying over the video. “I can take a nap almost anywhere.”

The post’s caption also read “Notifications disabled” with a smiling face. Pinkett Smith reacted to the video with laughing emojis.
The Oscar winner later shared his reaction to “Worthy” in an email to The New York Times. The actor admitted that the book woke him up, noting that the actress had “led a life even more dangerous than he realized and that she is more resilient, wiser and compassionate than he imagined.”

“When you’ve been with someone for more than half your life, a kind of emotional blindness sets in and it’s all too easy to lose sensitivity to that person’s hidden nuances and subtle beauties,” Smith wrote.
Earlier this month, Pinkett Smith announced that the two were taking legal action against an alleged former partner who claimed Smith had a sexual relationship with actor Duane Martin, calling the rumors “ridiculous.”
