The Bloodline doesn’t appear to exist as The Usos are now on other brands and Roman Reigns is on a long hiatus. Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa appear to be holding down the fort on WWE SmackDown. But this week there was a teaser that the group’s youngest member could be following in his brothers’ footsteps.
While Sikoa was backstage with Paul Heyman, he was told that he was violating orders by coming into the ring to face John Cena as part of the main event. The champion was apparently Jimmy Uso’s problem and now the Enforcer has made him a Bloodline problem.
Reigns isn’t expected to return to WWE until November, which means Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso will face AJ Styles and John Cena alone. Paul Heyman has been in the 30-year-old’s corner throughout history, even when he goes against Reigns’ orders, and it looks like that will continue to be the case.
The question here is whether Roman Reigns will have the same reaction if Solo Sikoa defies orders and then kicks him out of the bloodline, or whether the enforcer will go and betray the tribal chief himself.
Only Sikoa has two months to prove his worth in Roman Reigns’ absence
Sikoa alone is getting closer to two of WWE’s biggest stars and could prove he no longer needs to be in Roman Reigns’ shadow. This could mean that Reigns could return to a very different scenario and rumors in the WWE suggest that Sikoa could be the one pushing for a title match.
Could Solo Sikoa spend the next few weeks proving himself to Reigns and the WWE before asking for a title shot or even winning the 2024 Royal Rumble in preparation for a match against The Tribal Chief? Only time can tell.
