What was to be a holiday evening of distraction, physical activity, free time and fun turned into a day of terror for Natasha Dantas, wife of William Bonner. The physiotherapist was cycling on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro this Thursday (April 6) when she was quite frightened when she was attacked by a criminal who stole her cord and injured his breast.
In stories, she showed the outcome of the crime without giving many details about what the robbery was like. On its initial release, everything seemed to be going very well, as he wrote: “Thursday morning. Riding a bike for a change,” he celebrated. Shortly after, she decided to go for a walk and revealed this to her followers and friends: “I left the bike and now it’s time to walk along the beautiful outskirts of town.”
And shortly after meeting a friend and showing the “bump” on social networks, Natasha revealed that it had been stolen: “Walking around Rildy (Rio de Janeiro) and meeting friends. What a perfect city, isn’t it?” she asked before adding, “But not quite. The cord that was in the previous story is now in the hands of a criminal,” he said.
In later publications, she only showed the perpetrator’s cut on her bust, and then appeared with a sad face and a small bandage figure at the wound site, which was small. Hours later, William Bonner’s wife took to social media to express her gratitude for the support she received after the attack.
“How many messages! Out of concern and outrage. What a good affection you made me today. Thanks!!! I’m doing well. It was a fright, a revolt and a noose. And no, I am not guilty of wearing a lanyard. I was a victim of the violence that sadly devastates Rio and so many other cities,” Natasha lamented.
