Police were called to Stony Brook Lane’s home in Green Bay around 3:25 a.m. on Feb. 23 after the victim’s mother stumbled upon the horrific scene.
The victim’s mother told police she heard the door slam between 2am and 3am, and when she went to check, she found her son’s severed head in a bucket and dried blood on a nearby mattress.
A search of the home led police to find several other body parts, including a “male organ” in the bucket and the top of the torso in the bag.
Shabines, who was a “known accomplice of the victim”, is believed to be the last person seen with the victim, the complaint said.
Police were called to the Stony Brook Lane home in Green Bay around 3:25 a.m. on Feb. 23 after the victim’s mother stumbled upon the horrific scene.
When police searched her van parked on Eastman Avenue, they found a box with “additional parts of the human body, including legs,” according to the criminal complaint.
Schabusiness was detained and when police asked her what had happened, she replied: “That’s a good question,” according to the complaint.
In the complaint, prosecutors say Shabusiness told police that she and the victim were together all day on Tuesday and smoked methamphetamine while having sex.
Schabusiness said that at one point she went dark and just went “crazy” and started strangling the victim with a chain and then with her hands.
She said she could feel the victim’s heart beating as she choked him, so she kept pulling and choking harder.
She told police she knew the victim was dead when his face turned purple and blood flowed from his mouth, but she continued to strangle him. It is not clear from the complaint when the victim stopped breathing.

The complaint also contains graphic details of sexual acts, Shabiznes said she did to the victim’s body after he died, admitting to playing with his body “two to three hours” after his death.
The complaint alleges that she also commented to detectives, asking if they knew what it was like to “love something so much that you kill it.”
Schabusiness said it used knives it received from the residence’s kitchen and that the bread knife worked best because of its serrated blade, according to the complaint.
She also said that the plan was for her to bring all the body parts with her, but she got bored and ended up just putting her legs / feet in the van and forgetting her head.
“I can’t believe he left his head,” she added, referring to the victim’s head in the basement.
