The mystery surrounding the bag of cocaine found in the west wing of the White House was solved this Thursday without a culprit being found. After reviewing the evidence and an investigation into who and how might have introduced the substance into the US President’s residence, one of the most heavily guarded buildings in the world, the Secret Service has given up: neither the DNA test nor the investigation of No surveillance footage, no leads, nothing… Clues lead nowhere.
This was confirmed by the Secret Service in a statement. “Investigations were unable to identify a suspect among the hundreds of people who walked through the lobby where the cocaine was found,” it said. The unsatisfactory ending to the mystery came when a briefing to Congress on the incident was held behind closed doors. It was organized last week in response to a request from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, a Kentucky Republican who has made investigating the Biden family one of his priorities.
