At the venue, without prior notice, attendees discovered one by one the artists that made up the billboard, including Barak, Grupo Hope, Natan el Profeta and Musiko.

Likewise, Yamilka, Dahaira, Aura, Averly Morillo, Lenny Pimentel, Ismael Telfort and Grupo Grace were among the artists who sang to this swarm of young people in the Lord’s Beehive.

The numerous Christian meetings were organized by the movement We are 1, in what he calls it Federal Youth Day 2023, under the motto “Eternity”.

One of the surprises that caused the most uproar was that of Barak, that he had not appeared on Dominican stages for five years.

“We’re excited to announce our return home in 2023,” said lead singer Roberts Green, announcing they will be doing a big presentation in Santo Domingo later in the year, and although he hasn’t said the location it’s believed to be at the Olympic Stadium .

The bugles blared at the sports venue to an auditorium packed with young people who kept jumping, clapping, cheering and singing their performers, organizers revealed.

The leader of the youth movement Somos 1, Pastor Junior Ponciano explained: “The eternal is what we should seek, the material is something temporary that does not fill your heart, pursue your personal plans but never put God first. “.

Ponciano explained that the billboard of the participating artists will not be announced because it is not an event to pay tribute to people, but rather to the glory of God, who is the real protagonist of the day of worship.

Admission was not free. For general admission you had to pay a thousand pesos, in return the person was given a polo shirt and a bracelet with which they entered the place.

This movement was born with the intention of showing the Dominican Republic and the world that there are still young people who have principles and values ​​and who love God above all else, explained Ponciano.

This event is considered one of the most important for Dominican youth, gathering thousands of young people from different provinces of the country, especially from the capital sectors.
