A 23yearold woman obsessed with true crime series and films has been arrested after killing a teacher out of curiosity about murders. Jung Yoojung was still dismembering the victim’s body and placing the remains in a suitcase. The case was registered in Busan, South Korea.
According to authorities, the criminal selected the victim through an app that connects private tutors to students seeking tutoring. She then contacted a teacher and told her that her daughter was the one who needed lessons.
So, Jung Yoojung bought a school uniform and dressed up as a student. Police reported that since the perpetrator was small, the victim had no suspicion and accepted that she had entered her home.
When the woman arrived at the scene, she revealed her true identity and stabbed the victim to death. She then dismembered the woman’s body, packed the remains in garbage bags and placed them in a suitcase. Jung Yoojung even used bleach to purify the blood.
She then hailed a taxi that drove to a local river, where she dumped the victim’s remains. However, the taxi driver became suspicious of the woman and called the police.
Jung Yoojung was arrested and confessed to the crime. In the young woman’s virtual search history, the police found that the woman had been looking for information about hiding a body.
