Israeli Inbal Lieberman, 25, has been working as a community security coordinator since 2020 Nir Am (a kibbutz) in Sderot, just 457 meters from the Gaza Strip. When she heard the first explosions on the morning of Saturday 7th, she noticed that the sound was different than what was common in the area. He immediately took action worthy of a script.

Very quickly, Inbal ran to open the kibbutz’s armory and distributed the weapons to his volunteer security team of 12 people. In addition, she coordinated the decisive response to the unprecedented attack that was unfolding everywhere.

The young woman placed her group of kibbutzniks (community residents) in strategic positions throughout the settlement and set up ambushes that caught the terrorists by surprise. At least at this small moment, in the midst of so much pain, cruelty and cowardice, Hamas saw the tables turned and their intent to commit a massacre thwarted.

Inbal says she killed five terrorists alone, while the other members of her team eliminated 20 other Hamas attackers. The defensive operation, which turned the kibbutz into an impregnable fortress and saved dozens of lives, lasted four hours.

Kibbutz (or kibbutz) are groupings in society Israeli where communities operate with agricultural activities, collective ownership and social equality. The kibbutz has its own means of production and distribution for the community. The focus is on children’s education.

The kibbutz models were created in 1910. Many of them are open to visitors, allowing people to spend a few hours or months learning how life works in the community.
