Hotel receptionist Carina Warisch guarantees a “Medallion of Excellence” in the World Cup competition in Switzerland
VIENNA/ROSENAU CASTLE. Reason for celebration for the skill nation Austria at the WorldSkills WorldSkills Championships currently taking place: Hotel receptionist Carina Warisch – she lives in Rosenau Castle in Lower Austria – secured a “Medallion of Excellence” with a great performance in the WorldSkills competition in Montreux, Switzerland. The award is given to outstanding achievements – after podium places. The successful red-white-red World Cup participant, who works at “harry’s house” in Vienna, finished in a strong seventh place. “I’m incredibly proud and happy that we received a ‘Medallion of Excellence’ – even though the competitors were extremely strong. It’s pretty crazy and I’m very happy,” says Warisch, happy with the success.
