Smackdown was held at the Ford Center in Evansville, Indiana.
– Jimmy Uso is interviewed backstage at the beginning of the episode. He clarifies that he hasn’t been able to speak to his brother Jey yet and offers to speak publicly later tonight.
– IMPERIUM defeated Madcap Moss, Braun Strowman and Ricochet. Drew McIntyre is then attacked by Viking Raiders before receiving a assist from Sheamus. Ricochet and Braun Strowman also help them push Ivar and Erik away.
– Rey Mysterio welcomes Santos Escobar backstage, who reaffirms his great respect for Rey Mysterio. The moment of mutual appreciation is interrupted by Dominik Mysterio, who suggests to Santos not to be a “delicious” for Rey. The latter, embarrassed, walks away from what happened.
– LA Knight enters the ring. He makes it clear that everyone talks about WrestleMania moments, but all he cares about is the money and titles he can get there. The New Day interrupts and clarifies that the place at WrestleMania is not claimed, it is earned. Knight taunts Kofi, causing a fight to start.
– Kofi Kingston defeated KA Knight.
– Charlotte Flair enters the ring and calls Rhea Ripley onto the stage. Dominik Mysterio is the one who comes on stage and tries to “flirt” with the Queen. Flair clarifies that he has a real Latino at home and that he is not interested in his proposals. Rhea Ripley appears before an attack on Dominik and briefly confronts Flair before coming out to the ring.
– Shayna Baszler (with Ronda Rousey) defeated Natalya. She then tries to keep attacking, but Tegan Nox saves her.
– Firefly FunHouse Returns Bray Wyatt looks at his promo from last week alongside footage of Lashley and we quickly jump to various ‘TV channels’. From a news segment, we cut to several cryptic images ending with a masked Bray saying the line, “Can you keep me a secret?”
– Paul Heyman tells Jimmy Uso he has to take care of his brother tonight or Roman Reigns will take care of the problem when he performs next week.
– Karrion Kross defeated Rey Mysterio after Dominik’s intervention.
After the fight, Dominik goes to the ring and provokes his father into hitting him. Unable to resist his fatherly instincts, Rey decides to leave the ring with his head down.
– Jimmy Uso enters the ring. He makes it clear that he understands what Jey can feel, but he will always be there for him and he knows full well that they can’t do anything without each other. Sami Zayn enters the ring and reminds him how close they were to The Bloodline, but he was in a lot of pain from his Royal Rumble attack. Jimmy accuses him of destroying his family with his selfishness. Jey appears in the audience and Jimmy launches an attack on Samy, but gets a Helluva Kick from Sami.
Only Sikoa leaves and Sami heads towards the public area, leaving the situation split into multiple corners by the end of the episode.
