WWE Smackdown Report October 13th Roman Reigns attacks LA Knight; Kevin Owens Arrives on Smackdown; New General Manager PRWrestling

John Cena Cena comes out, who reminded everyone that tonight is a big night and welcomed everyone to the “SmackDown Season Premiere.” At that moment, Roman Reigns’ music hit and his performance began. Reigns was flanked by Solo Sikoa and Paul Heyman.



Reigns said Cena was a coward and Cena showed up alone because Reigns was gone. Cena said he wouldn’t challenge Reigns because Cena didn’t deserve it. Meanwhile, Cena said he knows someone who deserves a title shot. Be inspired by LA Knight’s music.

Knight asked Reigns if he had peed his pants yet. Knight said Reigns was nothing more than a man standing in his way. While Knight was ranting, Jimmy Uso attacked Knight from behind. Reigns looked a little confused. Knight quickly recovered and took out Jimmy. Knight and Reigns stared at each other until Reigns rolled out of the ring. Reigns told Sikoa to take care of Knight. Sikoa jumped on the platform and said that tonight is Knight vs. Sikoa. Knight accepted the challenge.

Kayla Braxton interviewed Carlito. Bobby Lashley entered the scene and told Carlito that his return was amazing and masterful. Lashley held out his hand and said he wanted to welcome Carlito. Carlito didn’t budge and said he wanted his first match on SmackDown to be against Lashley. The Street Profits attacked Carlito from behind with a chair. Lashley raised the chair, but Adam Pearce and other WWE officials broke things up.

Bayley defeated Zelina Vega



After the match, SKY and Bayley attacked Vega until Charlotte ran to the ring to save him.

Adam Pearce was in the ring when Triple H made his entrance. Hunter said Pearce oversaw both Raw and SmackDown and did an incredible job. Hunter said Pearce is being promoted: the new general manager of Monday Night Raw. Hunter asked who the General Manager of SmackDown will be. Dominik Mysterio’s music hit and Dirty Dom walked to the ring with a microphone. Dominik asked how they could have a tag team title match tonight when JD is supposed to have one on Monday.

Hunter said he would bring in the new General Manager of SmackDown to talk to Dominik and that new General Manager would be Nick Aldis. Aldis shook Dom’s hand and said he was a big fan…of Dom’s father, which woke up the crowd. Aldis said his first act as GM was to complete the trade Cody made a few weeks ago. Aldis attempted to introduce the new member of the SmackDown roster, but Dom interrupted him. The crowd went wild and booed Dirty Dom. Kevin Owens’ music hits and he comes out. Owens entered the ring and hit Dominik with a stunner.

Aldis spoke to Chelsea Green and Piper Niven backstage. Charlotte entered the scene and Aldis turned his attention to Charlotte. Aldis referenced the events at Fastlane and said that Charlotte would face IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship next week. Charlotte turned around and Jade Cargill was standing right there. Hunter was at Cargill. Cargill and Charlotte exchanged a few words.

Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso defeated Grayson Waller and Austin Theory



In the main event, LA Knight defeated Solo Sikoa At the end, when Jimmy Uso showed up and entered the ring, John Cena ran out and interrupted Jimmy. In the face of chaos, Knight took advantage of the BFT to claim victory.

After the match, Knight celebrated, but out of nowhere, Roman Reigns ran in and speared Knight. Reigns smiled at the crowd. Reigns stood tall as the show ended.
