– Tonight is WWE SmackDown, the blue show starts with a video of what happened last week. Then the SmackDown intro plays and the commentators greet us. Comes Cody Rhodes, who then gets into the first match of the evening.

Cody Rhodes versus Ludwig Kaiser
During the game, Paul Heyman and then Solo Sikoa come on stage to watch the game.
At the end of the match, Cody Rhodes continued his CrossRhodes with his CodyCutter on Ludwig Kaiser for victory by pinfall.
Winner: Cody Rhodes
– After the match, Paul Heyman and Solo Sikoa enter the ring. Heyman says he will repeat Cody Rhodes’ victory announcement. The winner and still…Challenger of Roman Reigns’ WWE/Universal Undisputed Title: Cody Rhodes! Paul Heyman announces that Cody Rhodes will face off against Solo Sikoa on this Monday’s RAW and that Roman Reigns will compete on next week’s SmackDown for one last head-to-head before WrestleMania. Cody Rhodes responds to hitting Seth Rollins with half his body. Roman Reigns may be undefeated, but he’s not ready. Solo Sikoa will find out he’s not ready at RAW, and Roman Reigns will tell himself the same thing at WrestleMania.
– Commentators announce that WrestleMania 39’s John Cena vs. Austin Theory will be the first match of night one.
– Charlotte Flair walks in and picks up a microphone. The SmackDown Champion says we’re eight days away from WrestleMania. She was world champion 14 times. Deals were not made on fear, but built on respect. She’s not afraid of Rhea Ripley, she respects her. Charlotte is only afraid of her own potential.
Charlotte Flair loves her father and she will never apologize for contributing to sports-entertainment’s greatest legacy.
– Rey Mysterio walks in and his wife and daughter are in the crowd.
– Piff The Magic Dragon is in the crowd.

Rey Mysterio vs LA Knight
During the game Dominik Mysterio’s music plays and he arrives at ringside. Meanwhile, LA Knight manages to knock out Rey Mysterio from the corner.
At the end of the game, Dominik Mysterio helps LA Knight, who takes advantage of a roll up on Rey Mysterio to win.
Winner: LA Knight
– After the match Dominik Mysterio takes a microphone and enters the ring facing Rey Mysterio. He asks her if he will finally be a man and face her at WrestleMania. Rey Mysterio refuses again and leaves the ring. In the crowd, Dominik asks his mother what it’s like to be married to a loser. He goes to his family and asks his mother if she knows she married a good-for-nothing. But her mother is no better than Rey. She’s too stupid to understand. Dominik’s sister gets up and then his mom takes the mic and wants to talk to her, but Dominik snatches the mic from her and tells her to shut the fuck up!
Rey Mysterio approaches and sends his son down. He tells her he pushed her into it. He doesn’t respect his mother. He wants a match at WrestleMania? Rey Mysterio accepted!
– Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez are ringside for the next game.
Tag Team Match
Lacey Evans and Xia Li versus Shotzi and Natalya
At the end of the game, Natalya makes Xia Li surrender thanks to her sniper.
Winners: Natalya and Shotzi – Added to WrestleMania’s Fatal 4-Way
– After the match, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez step onto the ring apron…but Ronda Rousey’s music hits and she comes onstage with Shayna Baszler. Shayna Baszler says everyone in the ring has a reason to get their revenge… maybe tonight? Ronda Rousey asks how many times have you sold out this arena and even Las Vegas? You didn’t deserve tonight. Shayna Baszler agrees and concludes that they have been added to the WrestleMania match.
– Enter Drew McIntyre. Adam Pearce is in the ring to sign the contract. Sheamus’ music hits and he arrives with Butch and Ridge Holland. Sheamus says everyone asks him why he’s mad at McIntyre. He worked for 15 years with a specific goal, and then his best friend came and stole that goal, a friend he let sleep on his couch and brought with him to his first apprenticeship in the business. Drew McIntyre says they were in that ring last week and reminded everyone why they are the most physical in the business. They should have gone to the Bur after the game, but Sheamus can’t separate the personal from the business.
Drew McIntyre knows he can beat Gunther. On the other hand, history shows that Sheamus cannot. Adam Pearce tells them to calm down, he needs their signature. McIntyre and Sheamus sign the contract, then Gunther arrives. He asks Adam Pearce why he is in a match where he can lose his title without being involved in the pinfall? Gunther signs the contract and then picks up a microphone. The champion says he’ll beat McIntyre, he’ll beat Sheamus. If necessary, he even beats Ridge Holland and… He asks Butch what he’s looking at, then this Gunther attacks! Butch is stopped and Gunther immediately demands a match!
– Drew McIntyre is ringside for the next match.

Gunther vs. Butch (accompanied by Sheamus & Ridge Holland)
At the end of the game, Drew McIntyre wrestled with Sheamus and Ridge Holland at ringside. In the ring, Gunther counters a hold from Butch and lands it for the pinfall win.
Winner: Gunther
– After the match, Sheamus gets in the ring and faces Gunther. Drew McIntyre comes out of nowhere and lands Gunther with his Claymore Kick!
– Behind the scenes, the Street Profits mock their WrestleMania opponents. They are joined by Braun Strowman and Ricochet, who tell them they will show what they can do at WrestleMania.
– Next week for the last SmackDown before WrestleMania: Face to face between Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns – Drew McIntyre and Sheamus meet Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci – Andre the Giant Battle Royal.
– Kevin Owens is in the ring for his KO show. He asks us to welcome his brother Sami Zayn! The latter enters and wants to talk about WrestleMania. They are on track to win the WWE Tag Team Championships together and at WrestleMania. WrestleMania is very different this year. Kevin Owens says he likes Sami Zayn. The latter already had the honorary Uce t-shirt, but he needs a new t-shirt. Kevin Owens pulls out a KO Mania T-shirt, but it’s not KO Mania. WWE’s MVP over the past 12 months is Sami Zayn.
Sami Zayn looks down at the t-shirt that reads “Fight with Zaynia‘ and he’s happy, then he hugs Kevin Owens! But the two wrestlers are attacked from behind by the Usos, who then leave the ring. The show ends like this.
