The X Factor’s Honey G looked unrecognizable in new snaps showing off her post-workout physique after completing the Hertfordshire Triathlon in Welwyn Garden City on Sunday.
The 42-year-old rapper posed with her medal at the finish line in form-fitting lycra, showing off her athletic physique.
In the post, which has 90,200 Instagram followers, the musician spoke about how more challenging physical events helped her “build confidence.”

Honey, whose real name is Anna Georgette Gilford, wrote: “I am very proud to have now completed my 3rd triathlon.
“I never thought I would develop such a passion for a sport and I really got into triathlon by chance.
“Thank you @eventsatw for motivating and encouraging me to do your events. It has really boosted my confidence and helped me believe in myself more and show myself how capable I am.”

The singer, who rose to fame in 2016, also shared a selfie with a friend from triathlon, smiling for the camera with sporty sunglasses and a ponytail.
Her grinning pal held up a bike helmet at the back as the star revealed she forgot to bring her own to the event.
In the caption, Honey wrote, “Thanks Tom for lending me your helmet today. I got caught in a right hand flap after surfacing and realizing I forgot my helmet.”
Last December, the star shared incredible photos after going down three sizes following lockdown.
Honey changed her figure after dropping from a size 18 to a size 12 during the coronavirus pandemic.
She revealed in an interview at the time that she can now wear clothes she “didn’t dare dream of” before and that she still enjoys wearing sexy lingerie.

Speaking to Closer magazine, Honey shared how ditching her signature baseball caps and bomber jackets for sleek ensembles after her weight loss has boosted her confidence as she is inundated with compliments.
She explained: “I used to wear loose and baggy clothes up to a size 18, but I threw away most as my tastes matured. Now I can wear outfits I never dreamed of and I can fit into nice Victoria’s Secret underwear.
She admitted she had times when she felt like she lacked “sex appeal” but was pleased to say things have changed for her now after working “so hard” to get her figure change, adding that it’s been several years since she’s “felt so good” about herself.

In 2020, Honey showed off her new look after completing a charity triathlon and admitted she’d exercised more in lockdown than “in her entire life”.
She gave a glimpse of her new physique in a skintight leotard after completing a triathlon that consisted of a 750m swim, 20km bike ride and 5km run.
Honey also competed in a triathlon in September 2021 and shared an Instagram photo of her athletic build at the finish line at Box End Park.
Amid the pandemic, she told The Daily Star that Honey, after struggling to commit to a diet, decided to overhaul her fitness regimen during lockdown after being unable to maintain her previous weight loss.

She took virtual spinning classes, running and open water swimming sessions to help her shed two stones, along with hatha yoga classes.
She explained: “Lockdown proved to me that you can lose weight by exercising.
“I have been to a top obesity specialist and nutritionist in the past and tried to lose weight through diet changes, but during lockdown I combined diet changes with lots of exercise.
“I’ve probably done more exercise in lockdown than I have in my entire life.”
