Lima Alliance and Carlo Zambrano They went their separate ways a few days ago after agreeing to sign a contract. The arrival of “León” caused a sensation among the blue and white fans. The next game for the Intimates will be against Atlético Nacional on Verdolaga Night but the defender has not been included in the travel list for the clash against the Colombians. In the midst of his arrival at La Victoria, a former Peruvian soccer player and Boca Juniors idol criticized the defender for his return to Peruvian football.
This is Luis La Fuente, a native of Callao and also a former varsity player. He regretted that Zambrano struggled in the blue-gold line-up.
“I found out that he had disciplinary issues with the coach (Hugo Ibarra) and if that’s true then it’s false because nobody is essential or thinks much of being in a great team like Boca. Being in Boca depends on a high demand and you have to be disciplined to be able to perform every week,” he told El Popular.

He also referred to his Alianza Lima signing and described it as a “sad” fact that he has returned to national football.
“If Alianza Lima hired him, he must have his reasons. Without belittling Alianza, it is sad that he is returning to Peruvian football, he should have continued playing abroad. I hope he doesn’t close the doors on other Peruvians in Boca because of this attitude,” La Fuente replied.
