She says, “I am director of Yale’s gender program, an interdisciplinary program that works with gender-expansive individuals [ages] 3 to 25 and their families.

“We help people who are questioning their gender identity or who identify as transgender or non-binary and we help them on their gender journey.”

The program’s website describes that transgender surgeries are only available to those aged 18 and over.

There is no information on how to introduce young hormones and puberty blockers.

She also explains how the program she oversees provides guidance on “medical interventions” and when such a process should begin.

“I love what I do, so it’s really, really wonderful to work in this space and to work with people who are gender biased and have their support and help them on their gender journey.”

The idea of children who are currently out of diapers choosing to switch genders has been met with outrage on social media.

“3 YEAR OLDS should not be made to change gender! Leave her alone,” tweeted director/producer Robby Starbuck.

“Society has lost its marbles,” tweeted Arizona Republican Party leader Dr. Kelly Ward.

“Children’s memories are just starting to work at 3. Children think they are dinosaurs or a dog. There’s no ‘gender journey’ at 3, that’s child abuse,” comedy duo Hodge Twins suggested on Twitter.

“I really want Christy Olezeski to tell me how a three-year-old can have a gender identity crisis. Kids that little don’t have a clue or even think about the last time you heard a 3 year old say I’m a girl but feel like a boy or whatever,” Pat Cordia wrote.

“Does this Yale Gender Program Clinical Psychologist’s radiant joy at working with 3-year-olds concern others as much as I do? What does actual psychology say about this?’ added another Twitter user.

has Dr. Olezeski asked for a comment on their program.
