Kanye West violates Italy’s anti-terrorism laws by constantly wearing a mask during his extended vacation in Venice with his “wife” Bianca Censori – and is also under investigation for exposing his bare bottom

Kanye West broke Italian law by wearing a face mask in public during his extended holiday in Italy with his partner Bianca Censori, Web can exclusively reveal.

According to anti-terrorism and public order laws, carrying items that “make it difficult to identify a person” is illegal and carries a maximum fine of up to 2,000 euros.

During the couple’s six-week stay in Italy, the controversial rapper was spotted wearing a mask in Venice, Florence and most recently Milan, where they attended Fashion Week.

Officials in Venice are already investigating Kanye and Bianca after they were caught in a “compromising situation” on a water taxi last month.

They sparked controversy after she was filmed wearing an outfit that showed her bare buttocks while kneeling in front of him.

In other snaps, Kanye, 46, was seen in the back of the water taxi while Australian Bianca, 28, nestled her head in his lap.

Venice police have already identified the driver of the boat and have also asked photographers to release the images, which have been seen around the world.

Now it has emerged that Kanye is facing further investigation for violating Article 533 of Italy’s 1977 law to combat domestic terrorism.

In 2005, following a spate of Islamic atrocities, the law was further updated to ban the wearing of crash helmets and full face coverings.

The only exceptions are for religious reasons and the person must obtain written permission from local authorities.

According to the law, it is “prohibited to use items that impede the identification of a person in a public place or in a place open to the public for a legitimate reason.”

“Violation of this article is punishable by a fine of 1,000 euros up to a maximum of 2,000 euros.”

Kanye was last seen in public on Friday evening in Milan, where he gave an interview to a local radio station after attending a show by designer Zanotti.

Once again he was interviewed with a full face covering, and this was followed by a similar appearance in Florence, where he was pictured wearing the same outfit.

There, he and Bianca conducted a wild photo shoot – while he wore a black face mask and hooded jacket – and she wore one of her now infamous “nude” outfits.

Kanye flew alone from Florence to Milan and Bianca hasn’t been seen since Friday.

Lawyer Angelo Russo told Web: “Wearing items that obscure the face and make it difficult for security forces to identify a person is a criminal offense.”

“The law was originally introduced in the 1970s when Italy was suffering from domestic terrorism, and was then further tightened following international terrorist attacks.

“Of course there are exceptions where wearing a scarf or balaclava over the face is tolerated in winter.”

“But wearing a full face covering at any other time, particularly in good weather, would not be sensible and the police would have permission to stop and question the person.”

Officials in Venice are investigating whether the couple committed “violations of morality” and if so, will be punished with a fine.

Venice has a long list of public decency rules, including swimming in canals, holding outdoor picnics and resting on the steps of public buildings.
