The Exp’Hôtel trade fair returns again this year with a sixth edition, which will take place from November 19th to 21st at the Bordeaux Exhibition Center (33). The event, celebrating its 10th anniversary, is led by two-star chef Stéphane Carrade. The fair is dedicated to the theme of food and hospitality and brings together 350 exhibitors, 120 star chefs and MOFs and 20,000 professionals. It will be structured around five universes: Food and Cuisine; decoration, design and layout; New technologies ; Services ; Vehicles. November 21st, renamed “Transmission Day”, will be dedicated to the new generation under the direction of Philippe Etchebest. This year the fair will host 15 competitions, including 7 new ones. The Klesia Excellence Trophy chaired by Stéphane Carrade, the Restaurant Experience Competition – Professional or the Interbev National Trophy – Patron & Apprentice (dedicated to the butcher shop) and the national final Big Challenge UMIH Formation for professional bartenders will take place. At the same time, the innovation meetings in the start-up sector will take place: they will end on November 21st with the awarding of the Hospitality Innovation Trophies Tourisme Lab Exp’Hôtel.
