Searched by WHOMaraisa's publicist explained that she used the emoji because she wants to become a mother and not because she is pregnant. “Yes, she does indeed have a desire to become pregnant one day. The emoji was an invitation to dreams that have not yet come true and that she always hopes for at the turn of the year,” the singer’s team clarified.

The country singer was proposed in October last year during a show in Palmas, Tocantins. The couple began posting together on social media in July last year. However, they have been known for a long time. Fernando would have helped Maraisa early in her career when she lived in Araguaína, another community in Tocantins.
