CULTURE – End of tension. The winners of the 81st Golden Globes ceremony, which honors the best American films and series in 2023, were announced this Sunday, January 7, in Los Angeles. Every year, the Golden Globes set the tone for subsequent ceremonies, especially the Oscars.

Barbie (9 nominations), Oppenheimer (8 nominations) and Killers of the Flower Moon (7 nominations) were extremely dominant that evening. In the end, Barbie only received two awards compared to Oppenheimer's five. The Bear and Succession were among the favorites in the series and won almost everything with the miniseries Acharnés.
