The 34-year-old TV presenter showed off her toned midriff in a black Alo sports bra and figure-hugging leggings as she posed for a sexy mirror selfie.
Rochelle admitted it was difficult to get onto her Pilates mat after a night of celebrating a friend's birthday with Lili and her husband Marvin.
During the evening, Rochelle and Lili took a sweet snapshot together in the bathroom while getting cozy for the photo with the caption, “Forever.”
Rochelle looked sensational in a black PVC strapless dress while wearing her dark, short tresses in soft waves with glamorous make-up.

Lili, 28, looked equally glamorous in a chic black sleeveless top which she teamed with trendy patchwork jeans.
It seemed to be a fun night for the group as Rochelle filmed her husband entertaining the crowd at the event.
However, the family was missing one member – her sister Sophie – who is currently in the Love Island villa in South Africa.
Sophie, 24, is currently dating Joshua Ritchie, but it seems a love triangle could be on the horizon with newcomer Joanna Chimonides.
It comes after Marvin revealed how he and his “boss” wife Rochelle will be spicing things up this Valentine's Day after one of his final presents ended up in the bin.
The 38-year-old JLS singer fully embraced his old-fashioned romantic side when he ordered a huge bouquet of flowers one year to have delivered when Rochelle got home.
In an exclusive chat with Web, Marvin admitted the couple were “devastated” instead of coming home to a big kiss and a job well done.
A rouge beast broke into the loving gift and tore it apart, leaving only a pile of sad, dying petals that ended up in the trash can.

Marvin told Web: “One time I got her a bouquet of flowers. They were delivered to your doorstep. We were outside. And when we got home on Valentine's Day, the flowers were no longer a big bouquet. They had been completely torn apart by some animal. When she came home there was no romantic load of rose petals on the bed.
“It was like a whole bouquet of flowers being completely torn to pieces by some animal. “So that was certainly eyebrow-raising and it wasn't what I had planned for Valentine's Day so that wasn't good.”
“She was obviously devastated that her beautiful Valentine's Day flowers were scattered all over the front door. “So, yes, they unfortunately had to go in the bin,” he added.
His wife of 11 years couldn't get back into the dream of rose petals on the bed, so this year Marvin, who is working with Ninja to launch the hinting service, decided to spice it up and to buy her an air fryer.
He revealed that the brunette beauty has been hinting at wanting one for some time, so he's going all out to upgrade her current model with more space and two shelves.
The singing sensation said: “Since I got my device about a year ago I've been using it constantly and the one I have is a Ninja Duel.” It has two trays which is great for what I'm using it for.
“There is a bigger and better version, however, where Rochelle may have hinted that she would have preferred a little more space if she had one.” Look, she hinted to me what she wanted for Valentine's Day, so will I got her an extra large air fryer.
“So this is romance, right?”
But the former I'm A Celeb contestant explained that this isn't the first time he's skipped the typical flowers and chocolates for the special occasion.
They actually celebrated their first Valentine's Day in secret before officially announcing their relationship in March 2010.

But he explained that this isn't the first time he's skipped the typical flowers and chocolates for the special occasion. Their first Valentine's Day in March 2010 was a trip to a McDonald's drive-thru (pictured in 2011).
In order to keep their blossoming romance a secret, DJ explained that he tried to woo the then Saturday singer with a drive-thru McDonald's at Wembley Stadium.
To prove that food is also the key to a woman's heart and money isn't everything, he gave Rochelle a Filet-O-Fish, a Big Mac and an apple pie.
He explained that at the time he just thought he would “keep it real” and has since spent a decade mastering the art of the special day.
Since their very first meal in 2010, the two have become a real power couple, as Rochelle has fought her way to the top and is now Marvin's manager.
Rochelle founded her own talent agency, The RH Group, last year, representing both her and her husband.
The This Morning star confirmed Marvin's signing in 2023, writing on Instagram: “Here's the thing… no one will ever have his back like me… family first… welcome to @therhgroup @marvinhumes.”
Since calling herself a “wife” and even wearing the pants to the office, Marvin reveals how they keep the spark alive outside of work.
He said the two don't mix their work at home and try to prioritize the children unless it's an emergency.
He told Web: “Definitely separate.” You know, Roch set up the Rh Group a few years ago, which is doing incredibly well, and the plan was always for me to move to the Rh Group, and Roch has a great team.
Marvin and Rochelle, who renewed their wedding vows in 2022 to mark their tenth anniversary, share three children: Alaia-Mai, 10, (L), Valentina, six, (R) and Blake, three (M).
“But of course she is at the top of the company and is involved in all decisions, meetings and other things that affect my career. Of course, I also have my own influence in everything I do.”
“So yes, it really works.” And definitely our family life and our relationship are completely independent of work and we leave that outside of the home,” he added.
“You know, when Roch or I come home from work, it's all about the family and the kids. And it is very, very rare that there is something very urgent that we need to discuss at home about work matters. '
Marvin and Rochelle renewed their wedding vows in 2022 on the occasion of their tenth anniversary.
The couple – who have three children, Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake, three – originally tied the knot in July 2012 in a glamorous magazine wedding at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.
After tying the knot for the first time, the couple had three children together a year after their marriage, their eldest daughter Alaia-Mai.
In March 2017, the couple welcomed their second daughter, Valentina Raine, and welcomed their youngest child, a son, Blake, in October 2020.
Rochelle and Marvin began dating in 2010 at the height of their pop fame and moved in together just three months after going public.
The DJ then popped the question by proposing on the Caribbean island of Antigua on New Year's Eve 2011.
