This beach villa in Port Royal, the residential complex of the super rich and famous in the city of Naples in southwest Florida (USA), is being sold for 295 million dollars (275 million euros). According to the Wall Street Journal, the property, named Gordon Pointe, belongs to the descendants of financier John Donahue.
It spans three villas, a private marina and half a kilometer of beachfront property between the Gulf of Mexico and the Bay of Naples. The main house has an area of 1,074 square meters, with six bedrooms and an indoor pool. The second house, built around 1990, is 5,200 square feet and has five bedrooms and an outdoor pool. The third was built in 2013 and has 1,786 square meters, an outdoor pool and a dock for six boats.
The property is currently divided into six plots on which additional houses could be built (a maximum development of 20,380 square meters is possible). Sold in collaboration with Corcoran and Savills properties by Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida.
