Ireland Baldwin has been pictured in public for the first time since her father Alec Baldwin was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the making of the Rust movie, which is his second charge.

The 28-year-old model enjoyed a family outing on Thursday as she treated herself to a smoothie at Erewhon Market in Los Angeles with her baby daughter Holland, seven months, and boyfriend RAC, 39.

Ireland wore a relaxed look on the day, wearing a navy crew-neck sweatshirt, black sweatpants and tan UGG slippers.

She appeared to be makeup-free for the outing and had her blonde locks slicked back into a casual bun.

Little Holland wore an adorable houndstooth baby carrier strapped to her chest.

Meanwhile, Ireland's musician partner – born André Allen Anjos – wore an all-black ensemble, aside from his white sneakers.

The couple, who have been publicly together since 2021, live in Oregon and own the coffee and wine bar Good Times.

They surprised many fans and followers when they announced their pregnancy in December 2022, followed by Holland's birth in May 2023.

Alec, 65, lives in Ireland with his ex-wife Kim Basinger, 70. The couple were married from 1993 until their messy divorce in 2002.

He also has seven children with his current wife Hilaria Baldwin, 40.

The duo are parents to Carmen Gabriela (10), Rafael Thomas (8), Leonardo Ángel Charles (7), Romeo Alejandro David (5), Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas (3), María Lucía Victoria (2) and Ilaria Catalina Irena, who they welcomed in September 2022.

Alec's charges in the fatal shooting of camerawoman Halyna Hutchins were withdrawn Friday, charging him with involuntary manslaughter due to negligent use of a firearm and disregard for the safety of others.

If convicted, Baldwin faces up to 18 months in prison.

Earlier in the day, SAG-AFTRA defended her father following his second accusation.

The actors' union criticized the New Mexico Attorney General's Office's decision to re-charge Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter for the accidental shooting on the set of his film Rust in October 2021.

“An actor’s job is not to be a firearms or weapons expert,” the union said in a statement.

“Firearms are provided for use on set under the supervision of multiple professionals who are directly responsible for the safe and accurate operation of that firearm.”

However, the late cameraman's family lawyer, Gloria Allred, criticized the defense, saying it contradicted “common sense and the law.”

The SAG-AFTRA statement goes on to say that artists should not be exempt if they have experience handling weapons – something the professionals are there for.

“Performers train to perform and are not required or expected to be experts in weapons or have experience in using them.” “The industry places this responsibility on qualified professionals who supervise their use and handling in all respects.”

“Anyone receiving a firearm on set must be trained and instructed in its safe handling and use, but all activities involving firearms on set must be carried out under the careful supervision and control of the professional gunsmith and employer.”

Responding to the union's defense, Allred said in a statement Thursday: “The idea that an actor is not responsible if he holds a gun, points it at someone on a film set and fires the gun contradicts that Common good. “Sense and law.”

“Safety protocols may be considered in court, but they are not required by law,” she continued.

“This indictment was the result of a careful review of all the facts and the law by the grand jury.” “It is important to respect the grand jury's decision to indict and allow the criminal justice system the opportunity to proceed with the trial, in which the case will be decided on the merits,” she concluded.

According to People, the new manslaughter charges were “frustrating” and “very distressing” for the actor and his wife Hilaria.

A source said: “They had a great Christmas and New Year.” Hilaria also just turned 40. This wasn't how they wanted to start the new year.'

“It’s stressful for Hilaria. It's frustrating for both of them that Alec is recharging. They knew there would be the possibility of new charges. The back and forth is hard. It is very stressful.'

In a statement, Baldwin's attorneys Alex Spiro and Luke Nikas said, “We look forward to our day in court.”

Meanwhile, Allred said in a statement, “Our customers have always sought the truth about what happened the day Halyna Hutchins was tragically shot and killed on October 21, 2021.”

“They continue to seek the truth for them in our civil lawsuit and also want the criminal justice system to be held accountable.”

“The grand jury has determined that there is sufficient evidence to indict Alec Baldwin for involuntary manslaughter. “We look forward to the criminal trial, which will determine whether he should be convicted of Halyna’s untimely death.”

On October 21, 2021, Baldwin was filming a scene in a church when he pulled the trigger on his Colt .45 revolver and fatally shot camerawoman Halyna Hutchins.

He has insisted the gun fired spontaneously when it hit director Joel Souza in the shoulder before shooting Hutchins.

Hutchins was taken to the hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

Baldwin was interviewed by the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office after her death as he showed great emotion for his actions.

He was first charged in January 2023 by New Mexico's first female district attorney, Mary Carmack-Altwies, who launched her own media tour shortly after the charges were filed.

Baldwin's team interpreted her enthusiasm for the case as a fame-hungry attempt to boost her own career.

After settling with his team in the court of public opinion, Carmack-Altwies stepped away from the case and a special prosecutor was appointed to take over.

Last April, that team decided to drop the charges, and Baldwin, who had already settled a wrongful death lawsuit brought by Hutchins' family, breathed a momentary sigh of relief.

Baldwin has always maintained that he followed gun safety laws and that the blame lay with the gunsmith or crew who gave him a gun loaded with a live cartridge.
