The area where Alessandra and her family stayed is famous for its wildlife sanctuaries, home to sea turtles and whale sharks. No cars are allowed on the island to protect its delicate beauty.
She told Harper’s Bazaar last year, “I didn’t think modeling was going to last.”
But fame hasn’t changed her much: “In my private life, I keep things simple. I’m a Brazilian girl, although I live in LA now, so swimsuits and simple beachwear are my style. I love fashion but I don’t need to go crazy when buying items. I’m happy with what makes me comfortable.’
And the leggy lady shared some style tips.
“I think the best advice would be to stay authentic,” said the star, who loves to wear athleisure.
“You can be playful and follow your instincts. You can’t give yourself up entirely; you have to be true to yourself, even if you wear something you wouldn’t normally choose.”
And she said she wants her kids to dress how they want.
“I want them to feel happy and comfortable in their own skin, so I would gently guide them if I felt like they were trying to be someone they are not. But I’m glad they go their own way. It’s the only way.’
