London, the capital of England, was voted the best city in the world this year by global events marketing consultancy Resonance. Two Brazilian communities are among the 100 mentioned in the survey, considered one of the most complete in the world by the North American agency Bloomberg.

São Paulo is considered inclusive for hosting large immigrant communities from Italy, Japan and the Middle East, ranking 33rd. At number 54 is Rio de Janeiro, considered a “sensual delight” for its “tropical and sensual beaches,” samba nightlife, and the beauty of its natural peaks.

The survey also divided cities into categories. And when it comes to gastronomy, São Paulo stands out in third place ahead of London and New York.

In terms of culture, it is the fourth most popular tourist destination in the world, mainly due to the varied program of concerts and events that take place throughout the year. Cariocas, on the other hand, can look forward to 10th place in this category.
The beautiful landscapes secured the wonderful city 7th place in the category “Outdoor” and 29th place in “Historical Landmarks”.
