Syracuse, NY – Breeze Airways offers travelers another non-stop option to Florida.

The airline, which was founded last year and entered the Syracuse market this summer, announced Wednesday that it will offer year-round, non-stop service from Syracuse Hancock International Airport to Tampa International Airport starting this fall.

Weekly service begins Saturday, November 19 with promotional fares starting at $138 round trip.

Breeze currently operates flights to Charleston, South Carolina and Las Vegas, making this its third non-stop destination from Syracuse.

The airline said it will serve the new route with new Airbus A220 aircraft, which the airline also uses on its Las Vegas and Charleston routes from Syracuse.

Breeze will become the third airline, joining Frontier and Southwest, to offer non-stop Syracuse-Tampa flights.

Florida is one of the most popular destinations for people flying out of Hancock. Of the 29 non-stop destinations available from the airport, nine are in Florida.

Founded by operator David Neeleman, Breeze began service to 16 destinations primarily in the East and Southeast in May 2021. It now offers non-stop routes between 31 cities in 19 states.
