The Toxic singer denied recent media reports on Instagram that she would be recording a new album. Recent articles from Page Six and The Sun, picked up by the world's press, claimed that the singer and her team had asked artists Charli XCX and Julia Michaels to help her create her new album.
“Let's be clear: Most of the news is bullshit! People keep saying I'm reaching out to random people to make a new album… I'll never go back to the music industry,” the star posted on Instagram.
Britney Spears used this update to reveal what she didn't say in her autobiography, The Woman in Me. “When I write, I write for fun or for other people!!! For those of you who have read my book, there are a lot of things you don't know about me… I've written over 20 songs for other people in the last two years!!! I'm a shadow author and I really love it!!! » she assured.
The 42-year-old author then dismisses other rumors about her autobiography and is happy to be “loved”. “People also say that my book was published illegally without my consent and that is far from true… Have you read the news these days??? I am so loved and blessed!!! »
