Britney Spears’ father Jamie has accused her of launching a smear campaign on social media and wants her to be grilled under oath for her claims he abused her while he acted as her conservator.

Jamie filed legal filings on Friday, alleging his newly emancipated daughter had relentlessly smeared his name on Instagram and intends to smut it further in her forthcoming memoir.

He wants her removed under oath for some of the allegations, most notably her allegation that he deprived her of painkillers and forced her to give up eight vials of blood for medical treatment.

The court documents obtained by TMZ are the latest in an ongoing legal back-and-forth between the two.

It comes seven months after Britney was finally freed from the controversial legal guardianship that her father and a court-appointed guardian have held over her for years.

Earlier this week, Britney suddenly deactivated her Instagram account after delighting fans with updates from her star-studded wedding.

She had been unrestrained in her public criticism of her family for not being invited to the wedding.

Instead, she partied with fellow stars Paris Hilton, Madonna, Selena Gomez and Donatella Versace.

The ongoing legal battle revolves around Britney’s allegations that her father violated conservatory rules and stole from her when he was assigned to manage her finances.

Last December – after the conservatory was dissolved – Jamie asked a judge to force Britney to keep paying his legal fees.

It was a request that Britney’s lawyer called “shameful”.

Jamie has yet to be fired himself over conservatory abuse allegations.

Last month, Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, said in court filings that he had to “stop hiding.”

“Despite his provably false claims that he had ‘nothing to hide’ and therefore ‘would not hide anything’, James P. Spears has fled his testimony and gone into hiding, and – under oath – is holding his wrongdoing accountable as required by law.

“In fact, while Mr. Spears has claimed he would ‘cooperate unconditionally’ and act with ‘complete transparency without conditions’, he has – for over six months – engaged in stone walls and obstructions to evade his testimony and has not responded to simple requests to respond to basic information,” he wrote.

He added that he’d be willing to drop Spears in “any city in any country,” namely his native Louisiana.
