Dede Santana claims to have been threatened with his family by Alessandro Stênio Lestar, a businessman who sold him a circus in late 2021.

According to Alessandro, the circus was sold in perfect condition and complete for R$ 600,000 “with all the documentation up to date”. The amount was negotiated with an entry of R$ 200,000 and the rest in 11 installments.

Dedé countered that the businessman had not kept his promise and disclosed problems in the structure of the place. In addition, the circus’s lawyers emphasized that according to the contract, Alessandro was supposed to transfer the vehicles used in the arena to the comedian’s name, which did not happen.

“Today we deposited more than R$300,000 into Mr. Alessandro’s checking account, we have the receipt. And more than R$200,000 deposited in court,” explained Arthur Delgado, lawyer for the circus.
