Montreal Canadiens prospect Jacob Fowler has been named one of 10 semifinalists for the Mike Richter Award.
This title has been awarded to the most outstanding goaltender of the season in the NCAA every year since 2014.

Dollard-des-Ormaux native Devon Levi, who now plays for the Buffalo Sabers, won this award in 2022 and 2023. In 2018, Habs goaltender Cayden Primeau also received this award while playing for the Northeastern University Huskies .
Connor Hellebuyck (Winnipeg Jets), Thatcher Demko (Vancouver Canucks) and Jeremy Swayman (Boston Bruins) also received this award during their respective time at the university.
This season with Boston College, CH's 2023 third-round pick posted a 20-5-1 record, a 2.23 goals-against average and a .924 save percentage.
