Speaking during BBC Two's spin-off show The Traitors: Uncloaked on Friday, she said of choosing the traitors at the start of the series: “I don't choose alone, I choose with the brilliant producers and the conversations I have are much longer than they appear on the screen. You are convincing.'

As for who she would have voted for, she added: “I really, really wanted to make Diane a traitor, I can say that out loud.”

The series averaged 5.5 million and a 33.5% market share, making it the most-watched program of last week as Harry Clark emerged victorious.
