No one in Parliament has rivaled the rich, unrepentant style of the late Alan Clark, the acerbic diarist and owner of Saltwood Castle in Kent, whose passion for politics was perhaps only eclipsed by his hectic love life.
But nearly a quarter century after Clark's death at age 71, another unstoppable septuagenarian wants to follow in his footsteps. I can reveal that quadruple-married entrepreneur Marc Burca, 72, has been selected by Reform UK as its candidate for Clark's former London constituency, which will become Kensington & Bayswater following boundary changes at the next general election.
After a stint in the real estate world, Burca became a magazine publisher.
“I interviewed Thatcher, Richard Branson, Robert Maxwell, Peter Ustinov and Charlton Heston,” he tells me.
Burca was also a friend of Pamella Bordes, the Miss India, who became a researcher in the House of Commons and had relationships with a number of prominent men before she was exposed as a call girl.

Burca was driven out of retirement after drawing inspiration from Nigel Farage, the Reform founder, and Richard Tice, its leader, as well as his own fears for the future.
“It’s shocking what’s happening today,” says Burca.
“Instead of people trying to become English, there seem to be 'pressure group communities'.” He adds that the lack of assimilation causes him to worry about his large family.
“I have six children and four grandchildren,” he says, explaining that his eldest son – one of his first wife’s two children – is 43 years old. “I have a three-year-old and an eight-year-old,” he adds, talking about his current marriage to a Venezuelan firecracker, before telling me that two of his offspring come from a girlfriend he never married.
The girlfriend in question was not the extraordinary Cindy Jackson, an American woman he had courted in her youth – and again years later, without realizing she was the same woman, after undergoing several years' worth of cosmetic surgery had undergone a thousand pounds. He reflects: “She had changed her name and looked completely different.”

This is crazy.”

The 64-year-old designer, who is married to Oisin Byrne, an Irish artist 24 years his junior, shared this selfie online showing off his new muscular body.
“In the last three and a half years I have lost 22 pounds and gained a lot of muscle,” he reveals.
“It had all sorts of positive effects, but the most important effect was trust.”

It's Moss Be Mustique for Kate's 50th birthday!
When Kate Moss turned 40, she threw an epic, four-day Glastonbury-style party at her country home in the Cotswolds. She has chosen a warmer place for her next big birthday.
I heard that the supermodel, who turns 50 a week today, is in Mustique, the playground of the rich and famous in the West Indies. She is joined by her daughter Lila, who follows in her footsteps and works as a model.
Lila, 21, whose father is magazine editor Jefferson Hack, shared this selfie online in which she is seen in a bathroom wearing a tropical bikini and sarong – but she did not reveal her whereabouts.
Mustique has been popular with the jet set since Lord Glenconner bought it in the 1960s and gave Princess Margaret a ten-acre property as a wedding present. The tiny private island is a favorite of the Prince and Princess of Wales and home to rock stars Sir Mick Jagger and Bryan Adams, as well as US fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.

Tom shows the Wimbledon finalist that he is a tennis ace
Tall, blonde, and classically trained, it's not hard to see how actor Tom Hiddleston was cast as the Norse god Loki in the Marvel film series.
But it seems the Eton-educated star, who is engaged to actress Zawe Ashton, also has the sporting credentials to make him suitable for the action role.
Hiddleston, 42, took part in the annual Parrot Cay International Tennis Tournament in the Turks and Caicos Islands over the weekend, playing alongside a number of celebrities including Canadian tennis ace Eugenie Bouchard, 29, and Jack Brinkley, son of former American supermodel Christie Brinkley.
Former Wimbledon finalist Bouchard gave up tennis last year to play pickleball, the fastest-growing sport in the United States.

George Clooney has had enough. “I've been on set with terrible directors, with directors who scream and scream,” explains the Hollywood star. “I've had directors that I like personally, but I know their reputation.” And in the last few months they've come to me and said, “When are we going to work together?” And I say, “Never.” I think you're great, but “I'll never work with you because you're mean and I can't be around that.” '
After ruthlessly banishing her father and most of her family, as well as many old friends, from her life, has the Duchess of Sussex now abandoned her former co-stars in the legal drama “Suits”?
American actress Gina Torres was so close to Meghan that she was among the guests at St. George's Chapel in Windsor at the royal wedding in 2018.
Now, however, Torres doesn't even have her old pal's contact information.
At the Golden Globe awards ceremony in Los Angeles, Torres said: “We don't have her number – we just don't have it.”
