The actress is booked and busy following the huge success of her performance in Yorgos Lanthimos' latest film, Poor Things, which she also produced.
Her acclaimed role as Bella Baxter earned her a Desert Palm Achievement Award at the 35th Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards and Best Performance by a Female Actress in a Motion Picture at the Golden Globes earlier last week.
Now she's one of the best chances to win Best Actress at the upcoming Oscars – which take place on March 10 – battling it out with Lily Gladstone, Margot Robbie and Carey Mulligan.
According to The Scotsman, Emma is currently 11/8, while Carey Mulligan is 13/2 for her portrayal of Felicia Montealegre in Maestro.
Margot Robbie has odds of 14/1 for her acclaimed Barbie performance, while Greta has odds of 18/1 for her role in romantic drama Past Lives.
During the Palm Springs Film Festival, the Superbad actress took the stage to accept her Desert Palm Achievement Award – one of the most coveted awards.
The award was presented to her co-star Mark Ruffalo, who plays Duncan Wedderburn in Poor Things, and Hollywood legend Willem Dafoe, who all praised her.

Just a month after it hit theaters, Disney officially confirmed there would be a sequel, and Emma completed her contract to return two months later.

When asked when filming for the sequel would begin, Emma replied: “Tell me. Hopefully it's sooner rather than later.”
The star was asked if she had seen a script for the sequel yet, and she admitted it was a “work in progress.”
