First Halo Paramount+ Video Game Reviews

The game, which has sold over 82 million copies worldwide, is now a Paramount+ series, meaning that legions of Halo fans (and potential legions of non-gamers who have had a chance to dig into sci-fi shows) are eagerly awaiting the release of the first episode. While the first episode won’t air until March 24, the review embargo has just been lifted, meaning we can get a better idea of ​​what to expect.

“Halo, which dramatizes the epic 26th century conflict between humanity and the alien threat known as the Covenant, will weave deep personal stories with action, adventure and a richly imagined vision of the future. No one can save humanity alone – not even the Master Chief. Meet the heroes who risk losing everything to unite and protect humanity from the universe’s greatest threat,” reads the official tagline. The series has just officially premiered at SXSW and Paramount+ has released a new trailer to celebrate:

Along with Pablo Schreiber (American Gods) as Master Chief, Spartan 117, Halo also stars Natasha McElhone as Dr. Halsey and Jan Taylor as Cortana. The rest of the cast includes Bokeem Woodbine, Shabana Azmi, Natasha Kalzak, Olive Grey, Erin Ha, Bentley Kalu, Kate Kennedy, Charlie Murphy, Danny Sapani, Ryan McParland, Burn Gorman and Fiona O’Shaughnessy.
