Tammy Hembrow has announced a surprising new career move.
The fitness influencer announced on Instagram on Tuesday that she is now a published author.
Alongside photos of her holding up her book titled “Show Up,” Tammy said the tome is available for pre-order.
“This has always been a dream of mine and it feels so incredibly surreal.” “This book is about my personal journey – the highest highs and the lowest lows,” she wrote.
“Filled with things I've learned along the way and tools/reflections you can use.” “I hope this book helps you in one way or another,” added the founder of the Tammy Fit app.

Fans congratulated in the comments, with one writing: “Yay go baby,” while another wrote: “That's great, congratulations Tammy.”
Tammy's fitness app account also agreed, writing “our biggest inspiration,” while her fiancé Matt Zukowski wrote “amazing baby.”
However, one commenter wasn't so thrilled about the career change and suggested that Tammy may have hired a ghostwriter.

“I bet you wrote down every word, right Tammy?” they wrote, sparking a series of comments from Tammy's fans who rushed to her defense.
“You're too old to be a mean girl.” “That's not a good look,” one replied, while another wrote: “Even though she didn't write it herself, she certainly has a lot of inspiring things to say !”
Tammy has since expressed concerns that she is rushing to the altar with her new fiancé Matthew.
It comes as the influencer has expressed concerns about running down the aisle with her new fiancé Matthew Zukowski (left).
The influencer and the Love Island Australia star got engaged just a few weeks ago and are already planning their wedding.
Earlier this month, Tammy shared a video on Instagram asking her sisters to be her bridesmaids at the upcoming wedding.
“I asked my sisters to be my bridesmaids.” “What a special day and so lucky to have four amazing sissys,” she wrote.
Tammy has been engaged twice. Her first time was with fellow influencer Reece Hawkins.
In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged to restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole. The couple separated in December 2022.
