He escapes the police but ends up in Montreal with a snowplow

A 21-year-old man rammed a snow plow while attempting to evade police in a stolen car twice on Saturday morning before losing control in a motorway slip road.

At around 8:45 a.m., Sureté du Québec (SQ) attempted to intercept a stolen vehicle on Highway 20 East in the Les Cèdres sector of Montérégie, but the latter proceeded despite activating equipment, according to SQ PR officer Camille Savoie.

For safety reasons, the police distanced themselves from the vehicle. He was later located off Highway 40 near Saint-Jean Boulevard and tried again to flee from the police.

Luckily, while escaping, he collided unharmed with a snow plow and continued on his way.

He eventually lost control of his vehicle at the Hymus Boulevard exit and was pulled over by officers.

The 21-year-old driver was taken to a hospital as a precaution.
