But Thomas Malucelli wasn’t always in such good shape, and he actually underwent an incredible physical and mental transformation ahead of his reality TV debut.
The former restaurateur, 35, from Tuscany, Italy, turned to health and fitness after 18 years in the hospitality industry.

Malucelli gained 30 pounds of muscle mass, going from 150 pounds to an impressive 200 pounds.
In 2019, he won $90,000 in prize money after winning Isabody’s (Isagenix) 16-week Global Champion competition.
Sharing before and after photos from his fitness journey, Thomas recently said he’s now able to do things he only dreamed of when he was 25.

“It didn’t happen all at once. One habit was changed or added at a time,” he wrote.
“I’m someone who’s tired of feeling like shit. I’m someone who was tired of living in a body that didn’t reflect who I was.
“I’m someone who’s tired of not liking what I see in the mirror. I am someone who is tired of always feeling so tired.

Thomas’ journey of self-discovery to become the fit, confident man he is today is inspiring as his hard work and dedication pays off in the form of sculpted abs and bulging biceps.
He said that inspiring others gives him great satisfaction, which is why he decided to become a transformational coach and start his own company, Lyv Wellness.
“Before I knew it, my new passion was starting to pay off,” he explained.
