The Israeli army continued to fight and attack several points in Gaza by land, sea and air this Saturday, saying it had killed “dozens” of Hamas in the last hours, on the 85th day of the war between Israelis and the terrorist Members killed group.
“Troops continue to operate in various areas of the Gaza Strip and engage in fierce battles with terrorists,” a military spokesman said in a statement. As previously mentioned, “the Israeli Air Force, led by ground forces, attacks terrorist cells and infrastructure, and the Israeli Navy supports ground forces with supporting fire from the sea.”
The soldiers continued fighting in the Shijaiya district of Gaza City, where a warplane “attacked and eliminated” a group of militiamen. The place is considered a Hamas stronghold and fighting has been going on there for weeks.
In return, “troops in army operations in Gaza City over the last day, in coordination with aircraft, killed dozens of terrorists,” while warplanes struck “at least 15 armed terrorists,” the army assured.
The military also continues its activities in the north in the city of Beit Lahia, where it has “dismantled two Hamas military sites” and located “weapons, explosive devices, military equipment and communications devices.”
According to the military spokesman, Israeli tanks operated in the same area and killed “two enemy observation agents.”
The war between Hamas and Israel in Gaza broke out on October 7 after an attack by the Palestinian Islamic terrorist group that killed more than 1,200 people on Israeli territory.
Since then, Israel has launched a military offensive on the Gaza Strip that is estimated to have already left more than 21,500 Palestinians dead. The numbers are often influenced by Hamas. It is estimated that at least another 7,000 people lie under the rubble of destroyed buildings, probably dead.
Israel guarantees that it will continue the bombings and its offensive in the Gaza Strip until Hamas is crushed and eradicated from the Gaza Strip.
