“The Princess of Wales has returned to Windsor to continue her recovery from surgery. She is making good progress. The Prince and Princess would like to say a big thank you to the entire London Clinic team, especially the dedicated nursing staff, for their work. “The Wales family remains grateful for the good wishes they have received from around the world,” it said in the official announcement from Kensington Palace. Return to Palazzo commitments “will depend on doctors’ opinion.” Kate Middleton was admitted to the London clinic after abdominal surgery, the nature of which was not disclosed.
