Kyle Richards celebrated her 55th birthday on the beach at a resort in Punta Mita, Mexico, on Thursday, accompanied by her rumored love Morgan Wade.
The Bravo star has been linked to the country singer since she announced her split from her estranged husband Mauricio Umansky, 53, last July; The split has been felt on this season's The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
The Bravo beauty and her pal relaxed on luxurious loungers on the beach and soaked up the sun.
Richards wore a black two-piece swimsuit with a mesh overlay and topped it off with a beige western-style hat and sunglasses. Wade wore a white shirt with the Gold's Gym logo and black shorts with sandals.
Richards shared a photo of her friend Jenn Leipart celebrating the day with pals Teddi Mellencamp and Jana Mars Levy on her Instagram Stories. Leipart captioned the picture, “Celebrating our birthday boy!”

Much of this year's edition of RHOBH illustrated the issues that developed between Richards and Umansky and led to their breakup.
On Wednesday's RHOBH, Richards was upset that Umansky skipped a memorial service for her late friend Lorene Shea after Shea died by suicide in May 2022.
“Mau can’t be here because he had to leave town on business,” Richards said in a confessional. “If this had been a few years ago, I would have really relied on him on a night like this.”
To make the emotional situation worse, Richards said that her late friend told her two days before her death, “Always cherish your marriage.”
Richards said she felt like she was abandoning her late friend given her relationship problems with Umansky.
Another point of contention between Richards and Umansky centered on her anger over the stream of women sending him direct messages on social media – and what signals he may have been sending to encourage secret communications.
“I argued with Mo about that,” she said. “I hate that stuff. “Liking people’s photos, following people, you don’t do that.”
In a confessional segment, Richards opened up about the DMs and the shamelessness of the women who sent them, despite knowing full well that he was a married man.

“Mo gets a lot of DMs from women – they don't care that he's married,” Richards said. “And they're always the aggressor. “And it makes you realize that there really are a lot of damn holes out there.”
Also on Wednesday's “RHOBH,” Richards told her co-stars that she would be open to dating another woman and asked them if they would do the same.
In a Bravo After Show segment, Richards said she was trying to cause a stir with the comments.
She said: “Two reasons I said that: A, for shock value.” B, because I'm at a point in my life where I don't know. I have no judgment.'
During an appearance on Amazon Live on Tuesday, Richards said that Wade “doesn't like” the media attention that comes with their friendship.
Wade “just wants to make music and suddenly she was thrown into this world of gossip and tabloids and travel and paparazzi photographing her,” Richards said. “She just wants to make music and suddenly I felt a lot of guilt for putting her in that position.”
Richards had started dating country singer Wade after her split from Umansky, and they “reportedly have matching heart tattoos,” TMZ reported in July.
In August, Richards appeared as Wade's lovers in the music video for her track Fall in Love with Me, in which the two were seen in a bubble bath and almost kissing.

Richards and Umansky issued a statement on Instagram on July 3 denying they were divorced but not the separation.
It said: “Regarding the news that broke about us today… All allegations regarding our divorce are untrue.” However, we have had a tough year. The biggest challenge in our marriage. But we both love and respect each other immensely. There was no wrongdoing by anyone.”
They continued: “Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to resolve our issues privately.” While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not invent false stories that fit another salacious narrative. “
At the end they said, “Thank you for the love and support” and signed the letter, Kyle and Mauricio.
Richards told last month that she and Umansky remain “good friends” following their split, with their children being their “biggest concern” moving forward.
“We love each other and are very lucky in that regard,” she said. “I think that's why people are confused and sometimes question if it's even true that we're separated.”
“It's even hard for me to believe that we are too, so I can understand it.” But in a way we're lucky, we don't fight, and we can have a peaceful environment in our home and each other that space give.”
The timing of the split came about a year and a half after the duo celebrated a marriage milestone with their 25th wedding anniversary.
“It means so much and we're both incredibly proud of it,” Richards told Bravo Insider in November 2021. “And for me, it's one of my greatest accomplishments.” I mean, I think it's refreshing that being married for 25 years is a really big deal in this city. And we really pride ourselves on being good role models for our daughters.”

Richards came into the spotlight in 2010 when she starred on Bravo's “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The cast also included her sister Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong and Lisa Vanderpump.
A dozen seasons later, only Kyle remains on the popular reality series (while Vanderpump has had huge success with her own spinoff, Vanderpump Rules).
