Recently released police bodycam footage captures the moment Hulk Hogan's son is arrested for drunk driving after he “nearly ran over a cop,” while his porn star girlfriend breaks down in tears as police tell her she should blow harder into the breathalyzer.

Hulk Hogan's son Nick Hogan, officially Nicholas Bollea, was arrested on November 18th for drunk driving in Clearwater, Florida.

The footage shows Nick refusing to take a breathalyzer test and attending a field sobriety test, which the police tell him he failed.

The clip begins with an officer telling him, “You almost ran me over,” before asking Nick to get out of the vehicle. “It was me you almost ran over when you drove right past me.”

The 33-year-old TV personality vehemently denied drinking alcohol in the video, claiming his breath only smelled of alcohol because he was smooching his girlfriend.

“I can smell it on your breath,” the officer told Nick, to which he replied, “I’m sorry I was just kissing my girlfriend – I apologize.”

“He's currently in custody for drunk driving,” the officer replies, to which Hulk asks, “Driving. Did he blow?”

“We're just at the point where he's asking if he has to blow or not,” the police officer told the professional wrestler.

“Cool, let me call my lawyer real quick and see where we stand – crazy, sorry,” Hulk replied.

The officer explains that if Nick refuses to take a breathalyzer test, he will lose his driver's license.

“He will have the opportunity to go to a driver’s license hearing where he can obtain a hardship license,” he added. “If this is his first DUI, there are methods he can use to get the charge reduced.”

But the incident wasn't the first time Hogan had gotten in trouble for reckless driving.

The most recent arrest took place in the same city where Nick was involved in a serious accident 16 years earlier.

In 2007, the then 17-year-old was arrested for reckless driving after a drag race in which his passenger, John Graziano, suffered permanent brain damage.

At that time, a judge sentenced Nick to eight months in prison. He has 12 other traffic violations on his record.

Without acknowledging his other encounters, Hulk says, “Yeah, this is his first drunk driving.”

Nick's girlfriend gets out of the vehicle and offers to blow into a breathalyzer herself.

The officer explained that she was not blowing into the device with enough force to get results.

“You have to blow harder,” the policeman said.

“I'm an ex-porn star, this is as hard as I can get, sorry,” she replies, before breaking down and saying: “I'm sorry, I'm sad.”

“I'm a prison employee, I would never ride in a car with someone drunk,” she screamed, breaking into tears. “And you're bullying Nick because he's Hulk Hogan's son and it's f—- b—!” You're f—-g f—-d!'

“Y'all don't know about his rep and his best friend being a vegetable beforehand… I'm really mad at you because that's a f***ing idiot,” Tana continued. “You are ruining us!”

“I didn't say anything to him – I didn't say goodbye!” she spat.

On August 26, 2007, Hulk's only son and youngest child, Nick, was driving a yellow Toyota Supra in Clearwater with his close friend and U.S. Marine John Graziano also in the vehicle.

At some point, the teenager lost control of the car and fell. The couple were flown to a hospital and Nick was released soon after.

However, Graziano – who was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident – suffered a brain injury that required him to require 24-hour care for the rest of his life.

Nick later pleaded no contest to the charge of reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury and was sentenced to eight months in prison in Pinellas County. Police also claimed that alcohol was involved in the incident.

Hogan was additionally sentenced to five years probation and 500 hours of community service and his license was revoked for three years.

At the time, Hulk told People: “[Nick] went through life perhaps not having a real appreciation for things…”

“When that happened, it completely turned him around… It's the best thing that ever happened to him.” I'm not saying it's a good thing. But it happened for a reason.'

However, due to good behavior, Hulk's son was released from prison after around six months in prison.

According to TMZ, Graziano's family later sued the Hogans and the lawsuit was settled out of court.

A few years after the crash, Nick appeared on Good Morning America to talk about the night, calling the accident “terribly devastating.”

He expressed: “It's hard to carry on every day and be positive when there is something that is so terribly devastating.”

Hogan – full name Nicholas Anthony Bollea – then admitted: “There are days when I can't even get out of bed.”

Nick also commented on his close friend who suffered brain damage. “John is my brother, we practically lived together and I just remember finding out how bad everything was. “It's still hard for me to think about it.”

“I pray every day that I'll get through this.” It's still at this point, it's too much to think about. It's something I carry with me every day.'

Before the accident in 2007, Nick received several speeding tickets, particularly in the state of Florida.

He admitted he was “absolutely reckless” when it came to speeding, adding: “It was young and frankly just stupid, not mature.”
