Lana Del Rey, Doja Cat and Tyler, The Creator will also headline the three-day music extravaganza in California's Coachella Valley.
Gwen, guitarist Tom Dumont, bassist Tony Kanal and drummer Adrian Young shared a fun Zoom call video sharing the news of the reunion on social media.
The rock band last performed together almost ten years ago in 2015.
No Doubt were formed in 1986 in the Californian city of Anaheim, but did not release their eponymous debut album until 1992.

The festival, which attracts high-profile stars and music lovers alike, takes over the desert area for two consecutive weekends.
This year's event begins on Friday, April 12th and runs until April 14th.
The second weekend begins on Friday, April 19th and ends on Sunday, April 21st.
