There is only one NHL game on Friday, but I like this bet best: Andrei Svechnikov of the Carolina Hurricanes will have more than 2.5 shots on goal.
In other words, I think he will take at least three shots on goal against the Arizona Coyotes.
Let's say you made this bet in each of Svechnikov's nine games in 2024. They would have finished with a disappointing record of 3-6.

However, keep in mind that he's going up against the Coyotes, a team that has allowed the seventh-most shots on goal per game in the league.
Additionally, I believe he will focus more on shooting on Friday as he didn't put a single shot into the opponents' net in his last game against the Stars last Tuesday.
He hopped
So far this year, Svechnikov has not had a shot on goal four times. And how did he do in the next game? He scored two, six, four and three points respectively.
As you can see, it tends to rebound with a higher number of shots.
