Pamela Anderson says she felt “run over” after learning about the Pam & Tommy Hulu miniseries

Pamela Anderson delved deeper into her dislike of Hulu’s Pam & Tommy miniseries in a new interview with Howard Stern on Wednesday.

The 55-year-old actress – who said she hasn’t seen the show and hasn’t planned to – admitted she felt “run over” after allegedly finding out about the show through an ad.

The Baywatch star – who claims Sylvester Stallone once offered her a “condo and a Porsche as his number one” in her new Netflix documentary – claimed to Stern that she’s never been contacted about the series, reflecting the making and the aftermath dramatizes stealing her infamous sex tape with her ex-husband Tommy Lee.

Worse, she told Stern that — based on what friends told her — she didn’t think Lily James’ or Sebastian Stan’s performances were particularly accurate.

She said: “I remember seeing that commercial for Pam & Tommy and I was like, what? Nobody called me, I’m still alive, nobody asked me, it’s none of my business.

“I felt kind of overwhelmed by it. I don’t think they portrayed Tommy or me very accurately. I haven’t seen it, but I’ve heard from people that it’s a very shallow representation of us. I wish they had called.

Stern asked her if she’d ever considered contacting the production or possibly actor and producer Seth Rogen, whom he called “reasonable,” but she said she hadn’t contacted anyone.

But even if she had reached out, she doubted she would want to revisit such a painful time in her life.

“I don’t think I would have been involved, especially on this subject,” she added. ‘Why? Why are you bringing all this up again?’

Earlier in the interview, Stern agreed with Anderson’s opinion in the documentary that the release of the sex tape hurt her career, although it may have given her rocker husband a boost.

James and Stan play the eponymous couple at the height of their romance in Pam & Tommy, when Pamela was a Baywatch star and Tommy was the drummer for Motley Crüe.

It shows the couple while filming their infamous sextape, which is then stolen by a disgruntled electrician (Rogen) after Tommy refuses to pay him to work on the couple’s home, before selling the tape and keeping it forever part of it lets pop culture.

Following the airing of the final episode in March 2022, the series received critical acclaim, earning a total of ten Primetime Emmy nominations and four Golden Globe nominations.

Anderson also opened up about her current relationship with ex Tommy Lee, 60, who she was married to from 1995 to 1998.

She said: “Just a text here and there, nothing too crazy. He’s married and happy and she’s good to him and I want to support that.’

The Motley Crüe rocker married his fourth wife Brittany Furlan, 36, in 2019.

She added: “I hate being annoying and going through that again and I’m sure she’s annoyed but I respect her relationship and I’m glad he’s happy and has someone in his life.

“They see each other all the time. This film is like a love letter to your parents, they know they came from real love and they get to see the real story,” she said of her children.

“The sextape took a toll on the relationship, it took a toll on my career, and people are still benefiting from it.”

Too painful: Anderson doubted she wanted to relive such a painful time in her life.

The blonde bombshell’s forthcoming documentary follows her rise to fame, her relationships and the sex scandal “in her own words,” according to a Netflix synopsis.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Pamela explained in the film that she had “nightmares” when her sons Brandon, 26, and Dylan, 25, told her a series was being filmed based on the “stolen tape” of her and her ex. Man Tommy Lee based .’

The star went on to admit, “I don’t feel like watching it. I’ve never watched the tape, I’ll never watch it.’

The “home videos” had been stolen from a safe in Pamela and Tommy’s garage during their marriage and compiled into the infamous “sex tape,” which sparked a media frenzy.

She claims Stallone replied, “That’s the best deal you’re going to get, honey. You are in Hollywood now.”

She added: “I wanted to be in love. I wanted nothing less than that.”

It is unclear when the alleged incident happened. She rose to fame on Baywatch in 1992 and in 2007 she and Stallone appeared happily posing together at an event.
