But Phoebe Burgess left the device at home as she enjoyed some family time with her two children, Poppy and Billy, and mother Sarah Hooke in Sydney on Sunday.
The journalist-turned-influencer-turned-influencer looked stylish for the outing – she wore a striped blue and white long sleeve t-shirt and midi skirt.

The 33-year-old was radiant in bronzed makeup and her short blonde bob was expertly blown.

In May, the mother-of-two revealed she hadn’t had sex since her acrimonious split from her NRL star husband Sam in 2019.
Speaking to podcaster Felicity Harley, the beauty director of Body & Soul, and Alison Izzo, she revealed she still hasn’t slept with anyone.
“I could write the book about celibacy,” she said.
“Earlier this year, celibacy started trending on social media, attracting more than a billion views on TikTok.
“People said that not having sex voluntarily gives them a clear head.

She added that she “misses sex”.
“Am I the most boring woman in Australia?” she joked before explaining that she doesn’t have sex or drink alcohol because she “don’t know where she fits on the spectrum.”
“Alcohol is emerging, it’s a really important part of Australian culture.
“And it makes people really uncomfortable, if you don’t drink, people think you have a drinking problem on the other end.”
In May, Phoebe admitted she emerged from her cocoon as a “horny butterfly” after years of not dating.
“I’ve never been one for casual sex, I’ve never had a one night stand,” Phoebe admitted during the animated conversation on her podcast.
She said the last time they were together, “Tinder wasn’t a thing,” so she was forced to grapple with the world of technology.
‘[Do I put on my Tinder profile] Single, 33, living with my parents, two kids, some emotional baggage. So sexy right. Call me boys,” Phoebe joked.

Phoebe’s ex-husband Sam appeared in the final season of SAS Australia where he admitted being unfaithful to a woman in Melbourne in 2017.
The couple married in 2015, separated in late 2018 and resumed dating in early 2019.
They separated for good on October 2 of that year and later divorced. The former couple share daughters Poppy, four, and Billy, two.
