Sam Aston’s wife Briony has shared an intimate throwback pic of herself during pregnancy.
The hypnobirthing teacher and yoga enthusiast posted a photo of herself posing nude and showing off her baby bump in a mirror selfie to Instagram on Tuesday.
Briony, who has two children with husband Sam, said she misses her stomach.

“Thanks Lisa for reminding me how much I miss my belly,” she wrote, tagging a friend.
In the picture, Briony shows off her large rib tattoo and uses her arms to protect her modesty.
She got makeup done to reveal her pregnancy glow and swept her blonde tresses back into a messy bun.

“The mirror was fifth, my ass was hanging out, my waddle was big, my patience was thin. I was unable to work for 48 hours,” read her post.
She added, “And I would do it again any day for the rest of my life if I could, honestly.”

Briony said OK! Magazine the meaning behind your daughter’s name and say it’s a nod to her family.
She said: “Josephine is a reference to Sam’s brother Jo and my grandfather Joe. Daisy is also the French name for Marguerite and my mother’s mother’s name is Margaret so having both grandparents in it was a possibility.
Daisy was born nine days late on May 10 after working three hours at her home in Lancashire.
Her parents describe the little one as a “dream” and said they had a sweet moment playing My Girl after she was born.
It was very different from the birth of son Sonny, who was born six weeks premature and spent nine days in hospital after developing jaundice and struggling to eat.
Briony said: “It was the complete other end of the spectrum. I felt more secure being in control whereas last time I didn’t feel in control of anything. I had loads of doctors staring at me and it was blurry.’
Sam – who has played Chesney Brown on Corrie for almost 20 years – also explained the challenges of having two under two.
He explained: “My life now actually fits very well with my history and Chesney, who has quads. It’s full on from the moment we wake up. It’s like having a job! Sonny makes us get up at 5am and there is no time to think as the day is just over. If you see me looking broken on screen, it’s because I am! A lot of people go to work for a break from their kids, but I have five kids at work.
