AGI – The model, singer and actress Samantha Fox, sexy icon of the 80s, spent the Friday night in London prison after his arrest for drunkenly causing a fight on a British Airways plane.

As The Sun writes, the now 56-year-old model and pop star was on a flight to Munich when she allegedly had one Discussion with another passenger. The plane was on the tarmac and ready to take off, but was held up at Heathrow after Fox “started the fight,” sources told the British tabloid.

The passengers had to disembark, were accommodated in a hotel and continued their journey the next day.

After police intervened on the scene, they arrested the singer and former model and released her on bail. She said herself: “I am deeply sorry for what happened and the inconvenience caused“, we read in The Sun, and is working with the police to close the case.

The Tragedy of Sister Vanessa

The pop star was struck by tragedy in March last year when her sister Vanessa died died suddenly as a result of a heart attack, aged 50. The two sisters were very close, as revealed in her 2017 autobiography Forever, in which Samantha recounts how Vanessa saved her when her alcoholic father Pat attacked her.

“I thought he was going to kill me and begged him to stop,” she wrote. “When I tried to get up, he kicked me in the stomach so hard that I gasped for air and he didn't stop. My sister Vanessa heard something.” He was just there and jumped on his back to get him away from me.

It was the latest heartbreak to come for the former model and pop star, who first appeared on The Sun 40 years ago eight years after the death of his partner Myra Stratton from cancerwho died in 2015 after losing her battle with cancer, who she called “the love of my life” and whom she had been in a relationship with for 16 years.

His own story

Samantha Karen Fox, born on April 15, 1966 in London, achieved great popularity in the eighties as a model and then as a singer, especially with the single “Touch Me” (I Want Your Body) in 1986, which reached the top of the international charts Great Britain, the United States, Sweden and Australia, as well as “Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now” in 1987. However, his immense popularity during these years owes more to his voluptuous physique than to his singing skills. In fact, it was The Sun in 1983 that featured her as a model for the historic Page 3, which featured beautiful topless girls.

And that His topless was truly a sight (Dimensions: 91-67-89) To the point that, as Fox himself said a few years ago, “my agent advised me to insure my breasts for £500,000 each…”. This hot photo shoot was a stepping stone into a “golden” world of lavish parties organized by VIPs and celebrities. The model was the first girl to sign an exclusive four-year contract with The Sun, which meant she had to pose for any type of photoshoot.

Samantha became so popular that she had to walk around with bodyguards to avoid attack, and there were few teenage apartments in the world (even in Italy) that were missing an extremely sexy poster of Samantha Fox.

A popularity that also accompanied her in her “second life”: in 1986 she withdrew from the fashion world and started working in the fashion industry musical career thanks to the help of Freddie Mercury, who got her to go on stage with him to sing “Tutti Frutti” in a duet during a party at the Kensington Roof Gardens in London after a Queen concert at Wembley Stadium. From there she began her singing career and achieved worldwide success with over 30 million records sold.
